Development Details
The Centre at Rainey Creek is a 23 acre combined residential and commercial development currently under construction, with Phase 1 set for completion in the Summer of 2020.
The residential development is comprised of two sections. On the East side of Rainey Creek there will be12 duplex townhomes with two units per building for a total of 24 - 1800 square foot, two-level units. On the West side of the Creek there will be six Bayhome buildings with five units per building for a total of 30 units. Phase 1 calls for construction of all of the Townhomes and two Bayhome buildings or 10 units.
The commercial development which is located along Highway 26 on the West side of Rainey Creek will be comprised of an 8,200 square foot General Store which will include both grocery and hardware sections as well as 6 double sided fuel pumps. In addition there will be Community Services building with 6 commercial 1,100 square foot storefronts that are available for lease.
