Bay Homes (Man Caves)
Each bayhome building has five bays. The three center bays are two-level units with 1,000 square foot garage bays on the ground level and 1,000 square foot finished or unfinished lofts above. The lofts can be converted to studio or one bedroom apartments. These center center units also include 160 square foot outside balconies overlooking Rainey Creek. The two end unit bays are single level units and apartments can be built in the back half of the 1,000 square foot bays. Bays can be finished furnished or as vanilla shells (described below).
